REFUND POLICY
At GBS Guitar Straps, all our products are handmade to order with premium materials and attention to detail.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us by email at info@gbstraps.com within the 14-day period. You must then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item, and will include the original shipping cost paid at checkout.

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products made according to customer specifications
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@gbstraps.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
NON-EU ORDERS
For orders shipped outside the European Union, returns are accepted at our discretion. Original shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
